Skin Care Products Every Woman Should Own- Vitamin C

I’m always afraid to walk into the liquor store because, although I love wine, I really hate being asked for ID. I hate being asked for it even more when, often times, I’m not carrying a piece of it on me and have dashed from our vehicle with only cash in hand. Although I am nearly 30 years old, I am constantly told that I’m far too young to have children or asked for my skin secrets because I don’t have any blemishes. I’m not tooting my own horn here but simply stating what qualifies me to make a post regarding a few facial secrets. I’m often complimented on my skin and, although I never thought much of it before, I’m now desperately trying to cling to my youth like a starving man wrestling for a turkey leg.

I am routinely sent free products to review, such as the Oz Naturals Facial Toner or the Tangerine Lilly Vitamin C Serum, and don’t always put a ton of stock into what’s passing through the vanity at any given time. I can’t stop to enjoy any one thing for a long period of time before the next, similar product arrives at the door. However, with how often vitamin c is discussed in the media, on other blogs or on television, I have used many creams and serums of this nature. These are two that I’ve stuck with, each having their own unique properties and value, as well as being affordable, easy to use and effective. I want their collagen stimulation and I enjoy the healthy “glow” that I’ve noticed since bringing them on to my age fighting team;

Tangerine Lilly has actually been kind enough to sponsor a giveaway, for one lucky Canadian reader to receive their serum and you can enter below for your chance to win.
Please check out my video for the full review and be nice! I’m new to video reviews and know that I have plenty of work to do but I’ll improve- promise. If you like the products, I would truly appreciate you using the above affiliate links to purchase them. It helps support my blog!

Where do I sign up? 😉 I really need this! I’m the opposite I probably look way older then I really am. =( Sounds like a great product for me to try.

  3. Chrystal @ YUM eating says:

The sprouts of grey hair by my temples and behind my ears give my age away. It is rare I get asked for an ID anymore. But, I am approaching 40 in July and despite my weight problem I think I look good for my age.

  4. Sharon says:

Well, I’m not in Canada but I LOVE being carded ever since I turned 40. I live for being carded after being married 20 years and six kids 🙂

  5. Chubskulit Rose says:

Awesome video share. I did not start taking care of skin until I hit 40s lol. Now I wish I could have started earlier. I have no Vitamin C and you right, I should have some aside from eating fruits.

  6. Jacqueline says:

Lol, I always get carded too! I ‘m your age, but my skin is not good at all. I just look young. I am always checking out new skin care stuff!

  7. Roselynn says:

I had no idea vitamin c was so useful for our health system. I don’t go out of my way to take vitamins, but I do drink orange juice daily so that must help.

I absolutely love all my vitamin c face products and I have noticed how nice they are to my skin. I used to get annoyed when people asked me for my ID but now I get flattered.

  10. Ashley says:

I definitely need this! I used to have to tell people I was my kids’ mother, not their sister, and was once called a teen mom and asked what my parents said when I told them! Now that they’re 4 and 5 years old, people ask me if my father is my husband, YIKES!

  11. breanna says:

I still hate getting carded even thought I am not much too old I should still be carded it just bothers me for an unexplainable reason. I have never put vitamin C on my face, I need to try that!

  12. Melanie says:

My days of being carded are long gone. I wish they’d come back. 🙂 I use skin cream regularly but most importantly stay out of the sun. Works wonders!

Then you’re going to want to check out this post and get some Thieves Oil! This is more for beauty but thieves oil is, by far, the BEST investment I’ve made for our children. It’s fantastic and I can’t even remember the last time we were sick in this house!

  15. Marnie G (Derrick Todd) says:

This sounds GREAT. I really like that also assists in collagen production. That is what will help long term.
