Sleep X- Sleep Remedy Review And A Snuggly Video

Sleep X

When I first received this sleep aid product, which came at no cost as part of this sponsored post with BB&G Health Corp, I was very skeptical about it’s effectiveness. I’ve dealt with insomnia for as long as I remember and have been through my share of sleep remedies- be those natural, prescription or over the counter medications. I have, however, never come across a natural sleep remedy that is effective but does not leave lingering effects. Through a potent blend of tryptophans, vitamins, melatonin, L-theanine (an amino acid found in green tea), passion flower and magnesium, this sleep aid supplement helps;

– Regulate your sleep wake cycle

– Fight jet lag

– Relax at night

– Fall asleep fast

– Sleep soundly

– Energize you in the morning

I can attest to the fact that this company backs up their claims with surefire results, coming quickly and upon first usage of the product.
I was so absolutely thrilled with the Sleep X natural sleep remedy experience that I have become a customer, can say that I have honestly placed my first paid order on their website after running out of Sleep X, and this has been my best bloggie find since starting My Domestic Dish.
I’m not one to typically give overwhelmingly positive reviews but this stuff actually works and, if you’re having trouble sleeping, I recommend youΒ become a customer too.

I ran out of Sleep X, which you can purchase via 88herbsΒ or my Amazon affiliate link below. If you use my link to purchase this item, you’re supporting my family and my bloggie endeavors- thank you!

Please check out my, admittedly, lackluster video but, due to running out of Sleep X, I have been quite exhausted lately;

  1. Wendy says:

I have so much trouble sleeping even when I’m at home never mind when I travel. These would be a godsend to have with me!

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

That’s a great idea Wendy! They’re excellent for combating jet lag, which is listed on their site as one of the main reasons to use them. Come back and let me know how they worked for you if you decide to try them- highly recommend Sleep X! πŸ™‚

  2. Michele says:

Luckily I don’t experience insomnia very often and have never had to resort to any type of sleep aid. Id the time ever comes that I do I will be certain to try this one out.

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

Same here. She needs to lay down, turn out the lights and let this start to work in her body. If she tries to just keep on going until it makes her feel tired, it may not work as well. Like I said in the review, it’s not one of those ones that makes you super groggy…. just completely relaxed, able to shut off your brain and drift into a peaceful sleep. Love it! πŸ™‚

  3. lauriel says:

Having just finished reading Arianna Huffington’s book, Thrive (it’s such an awesome and valuable read), I’m all for championing plenty of great sleep! Thankfully, I don’t have issues with it myself, but I’ll keep this in mind for some of my friends who have some difficulties~

  4. tiaras & Tantrums says:

I sleep terribly! I have for years, I tried everything and nothing worked. I started taking benadryl a couple of months ago and that seems to work for me – but I am still super groggy in the AM>

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

Certainly check it out and keep me posted! πŸ™‚
I used to be on a variety of unnatural stuff, which made me seek out these types of alternatives. MUCH better than over the counter remedies and things like that- great ingredient list!

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

I hope it does too! I know what it’s like to be in this boat and it’s certainly not fun. You’ll have to keep me posted!
I recommend shutting the lights off and crawling into bed about 20mins after taking it. It helps you wind down completely but, if you try to power through, don’t expect it’ll still knock you out. If you calm your body, you’ll drift off to sleep without even realizing it’s happening πŸ™‚

  5. Joyce Duboise says:

I want to try this now. Your testimony of the Sleep X is so honest and it intrigues me. I also suffer from insomnia. I have issues with a lot of sleep remedies – drowsiness, nausea, nightmares, etc. I’m going to look into this.

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

That’s the same thing that happens to me! I’ll have nightmares about crazy stuff, like vampires and just general off the wall things πŸ˜›
It definitely works, does so well and I’ve tried nearly everything. I honestly bought a bottle after this review, especially seeing how my sleeping wasn’t just some change in my habits ^_^

  6. Cassandra says:

If I was not needing to be up every 3 hours to feed my newborn I would be all over this! I am not the biggest fan of most sleep aids but this sounds like a good one.

    • Alysia from My Domestic Dish says:

Yeah, definitely! If you’re bottle feeding, you could definitely still use it. I didn’t have the kind of sleep where I wasn’t waking up with mine (I have two toddlers, neither sleep through and still come to our bed around 3am and 5-6am) and I was still able to function. I’m not sure if you can take it while nursing though.

  7. CourtneyLynne says:

Ughh me and sleep!!! I really wish I could sleep better. Like right now I should be snoozing away but here I am reading blog entries lol…. I will have to check this out.
